This is one of those old open threads, which of course they all are anyhow.
Anybody who has ever shopped for fabric and has been a sewer knows that the stores sell off small leftover pieces as remnants.
It looks like we have the potential to be remnants of our world and way of life also. The pieces which remain, or survive. Well, how about that?
What is important now? In the greater sense , the same things that have always been important. Isn't that so?
We're to live gently and constructively in our mostly pleasant but flawed world. We're to love one another. We're to realize ourselves as spiritual beings. We must try to see as the Almighty Lord of Creation does.
I also think it's important to live each day fully. There are no extras to waste. The angels always say "fear not." I think that's very sound advice.
I would hazard a guess that there will be more silly stories soon. Like tomorrow. I can't help myself!
