Last night before it got chilly I went out and planted my first pot of the season. I was curious about Black Spanish Radishes, so, I planted those in some new potting soil, to fill the pot up a little better. These are the seeds. Bigger than I expected.
While I was out there, I continued to snack on those funny little broccolis that over wintered. The leaves are good too, but a little more bitter than the seed heads.
One other little outdoor note: this little plant that one of the kids gave me for some Mother's Day years ago continues to faithfully bloom. The number of flowers is much reduced this year.
