A Happy Saturday To You


 I guess when it came down to it I didn't want to post a pedantic word study.

We all know what's up.

Instead, I offer the very first strokes of a painting. The black is gesso.  Gesso goes under the actual painting, it's an undercoat.

I always like it when I first start putting it on. It looks Japanese to me.
