🏫🚗🌿
I was experimenting with a gizmo made to hold my iPhone up so that we could make some simple video.
The difficulties were that there was so much road noise that road noise was about all a person could hear. I did keep a running commentary, but it was almost entirely inaudible. Next time I will use a mic. This time I just removed the audio, with LoneStar's assistance.
The video is a 30 minute tour of good old Milltown (Everett). In the first scenes we're just taking the old road into town. It parallels I-5. Once we get into town we are on Broadway, which is the highway in the Tenth Year of The Pandemonium. If you catch a glimpse of the QFC store on the right, that is the P-Sec store.
Later, on Wetmore we pass Roops' old radio station.
If you make it that far, when I park the car for a moment, overlooking Port Gardner Bay, why, that is where Jim met little Art!
Then we just whoosh around down by the waterfront, bother some gulls, drive past Naval Station Everett, then up the other side of town to my general area.
I hope to make more interesting video in the future. Perhaps in the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest!
